The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
: Creating and execute a strategic account plan;
: Acting as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Agfa products and services;
: Accompanying prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract;
: Accounts qualifications;
: Managing the customer relationship and customer expectations during proposal and negotiation phase;
: Negotiating with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts);
: Explaining and demonstrating the sold products/solutions and think strategically with the customer;
: Coordinating and control sales processes;
: Being Sales contact in hand:over from sales to Services.
To be successful in the position, you will need:
: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International trade, Biomedical Engineer, etc;
: Knowledge in Windows, CRMs, Lotus Notes/Outlook and Excel;
: 5 years of Experience in Medical devices sales;
: Intermediate knowledge of English.
: Be based in Bogotá or Medellin
