We are looking for a sales expert to join our Colombia team in Medellin as a Destination Manager br br br Responsibilities of the Destination Manager br br br Reporting to the Sales Director your tasks will be br br Attend promptly guests requests perform property visits and complete the sale process br Hunt properties online and in person to increase our portfolio br Develop new markets br Assist property owners with their requests br Upload properties to the platforms Website Airbnb CRM br Collaborate with the Marketing team for media content on investment opportunities for foreign clients Linkedin outreach and presentations br Perform Business Development within your network and outside network br br br br br Requirements br br Fully bilingual English Spanish 3rd language an asset br 3 years of experience in Sales Real Estate an asset br Experience in Luxury goods br Driving License Car asset br Knowledge of the Google Suite tools br Strong decision making and analytical skills br br br br br Work schedule 8 daily hours from Monday to Friday to be chosen between 7AM and 8PM br br br Compensation competitive fixed salary sales commissions br br br Location Medellin Colombia br br Show moreShow less
