Hatch Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Human Resources Coordinator to join our newly created HR Service Center team in Medellin In this role, you will become a core member of a professional, collaborative and inclusive leadership team, supporting our global Human Resources group to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a matrix environment. They will have outstanding attention to detail, strong administrative skills, data entry accuracy, MS Office including advanced Excel, and a proven ability to handle confidential matters.

Onboarding of new hires, includes conducting orientations and creation of employees in HRIS

Process documents for various HR processes, including: new hires, employee changes, leaves, and terminations
:

Input and maintain confidential employee records in HRIS
:

Answer general employee queries
:

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and documents
:

Regular auditing to e

nsure HR data integrity is maintained to produce accurate reporting
:

Support other special projects and other duties as assigned, and support for other HR specialities, as required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Post:Secondary Education, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written English (complete fluency in English is a requirement)

Must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.

Highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
