If you have at least 2+ years of experience as a Telecom Customer Experience/Quality Manager, or at least 4 years of Supervisory experience, have a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, and want to be part of a strong team; lets talk
: At least 2 years experience as a Telecom Customer Experience/Quality Manager, or 4 years of Supervisory experience required.
: Telecom experience required.
: Experience managing quality analysis in a BPO environment required.
: Bachelors degree or a track record of success in customer experience management required.
: Experience with marketing, organizational development, psychology, or customer experience required.
: Experience collecting and analyzing information or data required.
: Ability to create Customer journey Maps, Employee Journey Maps, identify opportunities for improved or design required.
: Excellent written communications skills required.
: Good computer skills: working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
: Degree in Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, Customer Experience, or related field preferred.
