About the Job:
As a Safety Product Senior Analyst, you will need to coordinate and implement efficiently safety features and strategies based on data, conduct experiments, collect data and calculate results based on safety and operational needs of the company, in order to improve safety strategies. Work will include quality control, check tools and products, do tests, and collect data. Aid with the design and development of safety related products.
Your Responsibilities: Provide safety advice across the Company, including safety technology and engineering matters, to ensure that risks are reduced to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable, thereby ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies and expectations; Provide advise base on data to cross:functional teams in relation to safety features matters extended to the app. Ensure that Safety Cases are prepared, developed and maintained to a consistently high standard and that they remain current and reflect good industry practice. Where appropriate, engage with and support external consultants / contractors to carry out specialist studies, to ensure delivery of quality safety engineering support in all relevant areas; Provide guidance on process safety design aspects of development projects; When called upon, participate in accident / incident investigation, employing appropriate recognized techniques, to ensure root causes are identified and remedial actions implemented; Maintain awareness of and provide advice on relevant new / emerging regulations and support any consultation processes, to ensure Company is well positioned to manage any impact. This applies to activities in Colombia and the Andean Region but will expand as the business grows; Provide advocacy in relation to technical safety improvements and deployment of new tools and techniques, to ensure good practices are maintained and to promote continuous improvement as demanded by the companys management; Shall have the following development skills: strong developer skills with focus on back:end languages, APIs integration, cloud computing and familiar with Big Data platform. The Successful Applicant: English Level: full professional proficiency is REQUIRED. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial or Software engineers or Related careers.
