About the role br br br We are seeking a strategic driven and results oriented Performance Marketing Director Marketing Growth Hacker to lead the Growth Digital Marketing Team br br br In this role you will be able to mix your creativity and passion for data apply your strategic thinking into actionable tactics and seek the growth and evolution of the advertising performance channels br br You will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to surpass monthly goals evolve our audience mix raise conversion rates and margins lower CPLs amongst other KPIs br br br Your role is key to the organization as you will be leading the Growth Performance Marketing with a high focus on Paid Social Google Ads and SEO teams Day to day includes leading a team while analyzing performance and developing strategies for these channels across multiple brands supporting the optimization of campaign performance ensuring lead sale pace is on target and working with the brand team to maintain a constant flow of fresh creative targeted to your audiences br br br This is a Performance Role Strong focus in conversion optimization data analysis and reaching company goals br br br Who you are br br br You are an experienced online performance marketing leader having managed teams of 4 people br You know how to manage a high functioning team keeping them motivated and delivering results under pressure br You foster continuous learning and autonomous work which enables your team to grow and succeed on their own br You have 7 years of hands on experience in Paid Social FB mainly and Google Ads USD 100k monthly budgets particularly performance direct response accounts This is a MUST br You have solid experience in full cycle digital ad campaign hands on management br You have broad experience in conversion optimization campaigns and data analysis br You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize smoothly within your team to reach deadlines br You can adapt to the ever changing needs of a company in growth br You are result oriented and obsess over maintaining an efficient investment br You are passionate about data analytics A B testing and roadmaps digging for insights and can present your findings in concise digestible forms br You can analyze the entire purchase funnel to optimize your channels performance assessing metrics such as Ad CTR website heat maps lead rate enrollment conversion rate and non sale reasons br You are thorough and detail oriented when building or QA ing campaigns built by your team members and can spot errors easily br You are obsessed with creative performance strong headlines engaging post texts and figuring out which designs drive optimal performance br You identify and capitalize on advertising and messaging key trends and communicate timely insights to put your ideas into motion br You are positive solution oriented and take a methodical approach to solve issues br You can lead a room and keep them engaged as well as concisely present your data with insights and next steps br br br You re a Catch if Additionally br br br You have offline sales experience lead generation in store traffic etc br You have multi country experience in Latam br br br Musts br br br Bachelor s degree in Marketing preferred Finance Data Analytics Engineering or equivalent experience in online advertising min 7 years accepted br Led a performance marketing team of at least 4 people br Possess the proven ability to understand customer needs generate creative solutions and build on going relationships br Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over video calls through email and in writing br Quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills br Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities br Fluent in English Spanish br br Show moreShow less
