Job Description br br br Tittle Recruiter br Location Medellin Colombia br br Recruiter responsibilities br br Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales br Review and analyze resumes using our in house ATS software program br Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally br Interview potential sales staff members using industry standard techniques br Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process br Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees br Complete all new hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job br br Recruiter skills br br Excellent interpersonal and communication skills br Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting br Effective negotiating skills br Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs br Familiarity with online job hunting websites
