The primary role of this professional is to create, develop and manage relationship with main private payers (EPS/Health Insurances/Trade Associations) with focus on Colombia, and activities in Perú and Ecuador, offering ResMed solutions and products through Health Economics, Account Management and Value Propositions in order to anticipate and create new business channels through innovative offerings. Let’s talk about Responsibilities : Influence targeted payers to increase reimbursement in our solutions through clinical and economical benefits. Implement initiatives in targeted accounts and create proposals to transform them into viable offerings. Relationship with targeted insurances companies to offer comprehensive connected solutions, delivering clinical benefits and economical savings. Real World Evidence (RWE) projects implementation designed by ResMed LATAM and Corp KOLs, advocates and influencers management to address new model to influence across key stakeholders Pre and Post Launch activities with different stakeholders Strong synergy with Clinical Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Teams to capitalize the business opportunities Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience : Previous commercial experience Strong business acumen and performance background Strong relationships with decision makers in payors Health Economics and account management knowledge Strong knowledge of Colombian Health Care system Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and a minimum of three (3) years proven market access experience in Colombia. English proficiency is required. Must reside in Bogota, Colombia and be able to travel within territory minimum of 30% of time Desirable: Experience within Payers might be a differentiation Pharma / Medical Devices experience highly preferred Respiratory Therapist desirable If not, Health Care Professional desirable Strong Clinical interpretation Understanding of Peru and Ecuador Market desirable Advanced Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) package #LI-LR1 Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
