Service Team Exams and Teaching Centre in delivering high quality services to internal and external customers This will be achieved by adhering to global customer services standards of excellence and supporting the team to secure strong registration results to enable the British Council to meet financial targets br br br The Customer Service Assistant s objectives are to br br Support Teaching and Exams registrations in Bogotá through effective management of customer service processes br Perform internal customer service administrative tasks br br br Responsibilities br br These are some of the main responsibilities but not limited to br br br Customer Service Support br br Deal with essential face to face phone and email enquiries br Create and book students in the Teaching Centre Management System TCMS br Create classes in TCMS br Support customers through our online level testing process br Create and book free activities in Bookeo br Support customers through our face to face level testing process br br br Planning and Organizing br br Organise Exams and Teaching Centre files br Maintain accurate data on TCMS br Catalogue and remove books from the Learning Centre resource management system br Ensure that databases and reports are updated in a timely fashion br br br Financial Management br br Receive and record payments from customers for the Teaching Centre and Exams br Ensure compliance with Teaching Centre Sales Policy and British Council financial standards br Close the cash desk daily and confirm that the closure is balanced without open items br br br Requirements br br C1 level of Spanish spoken and written br B1 level of English spoken and written br At least 2 years experience in customer service br br br Desirable Criteria br br University degree br Experience working in an environment of education or services related field br br br Additional Information br br Right to Work in Colombia The British Council is not able to support or
