About the team you are joining

The Intern, IATA Administration is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of IATA's local office in Bogota, Colombia.

What your day would be like


The Intern is expected to:
1)

Administer day to day local activities:
revenue and purchase contract preparation, travel organization and appointment making.

2) Support IATA Local team with preparation of documents, reports, presentations, etc.

3) Any other tasks as assigned by the Country Manager.

We would love to hear from you if you possess:1) An ongoing bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or [Industrial] Engineering.

2) Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project.

3) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

4) Traits as an effective collaborator in a multicultural working environment.

5) Analytical skills, customer and quality-oriented attitude, and a creative, entrepreneurial spirit.

6) Flexible team player attributes.
