As an
Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will encounter various challenges in this role:

• Verify the status of assigned accounts.
• Contact assigned accounts to ensure the company's cash flow and maintain both the overall and individual collection indicators in good standing.
• Ensure that billing is being conducted properly with all the required information from the client (e.g., reference, verification document for statements...).
• Effectively communicate with the client to address any questions regarding billing and statements.

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with one hour for lunch. (following the American calendar).

To be outstanding in this role, the following factors contribute to your success:

• Professional or technologist degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related.
• One year of experience in administrative work and managing accounts.
• Advanced proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate (C1 Level required).
• Knowledge in Excel.
