About the team:


At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.

As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS.


About the role:


Responsibilities:


  • Firmly establish TikTok as a platform that advertisers, and therefore creative agencies, should be working with to build both brand and performance.
  • Establish themselves as the primary liaison and TikTok advocate for their creative agency patch, with a specific focus on key stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption and growth with creative agency partners, with a strategic focus on high priority accounts.
  • Support Creative Agencies throughout the Creative Development process, from identifying opportunities, inputs to strategic brief, through creative consult, production, delivery and ultimately measurement and effectiveness.
  • Support Agency and Brand team pitching creativeled opportunities to clients.
  • Close collaboration with TikTok Creative Lab to promote the creative opportunity of the platform and drive consideration.
  • Provide bestinclass, responsive client service and partnership across all designated clients.
  • Responsible for shepherding opportunities/enquiries to the right team within Tiktok.
  • Create (and collaborate on) education & inspiration focused programme and resources that have impact across all creative agency departments including account management, communications planning, strategic planning, creative, and production.
  • Work closely with internal crossfunctional teams, especially product, to translate the needs of agency partners and to develop advertising products that unlock creativity and the power of the platforms.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Must be willing to work in Bogota
  • Creative Agency experience as Group Account Director/Senior Account Director or Strategy director within a creative or digital agency.
  • A detailed understanding of the creative agency landscape.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agency strategy and creative development process, and analytical tools used to inform that strategy and/or creative
  • Personal network in place with agency contacts at agencies and proven track record of growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships
  • Demonstrated understanding or experience working on creatively driven clients
  • Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms
  • Experience working for matrix organizations and ability to win the support of key internal crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
