- Conduct customer workshops to ascertain detailed product specifications.
- Effectively manage the configuration and customization of software within the defined project scope and functional requirements to ensure seamless application deployment.
- Develop training materials and deliver product-related training sessions to end-users and administrators, fostering proficient use of the product.
- Execute installations and technical setups of the platform, either on-site or via remote access.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to maintain high performance standards.
- Timely completion of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations to uphold precise records.
- Prepare and lead knowledge-sharing sessions for colleagues to enhance departmental collaboration.
- Contribute actively to the provision of functional, technical, or project information to sales teams for commercial proposals and informational documents.
- Support the success and development of both individual team members and the overall team.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in SQL is advantageous.
- Experience in software implementation and process management is essential.
- Familiarity with GRC and technical IT subjects/products is a plus.
