    What you will be doing

    Responsibilities

    General Profile · Has good working knowledge of the quote to cash process and associated support systems such as Siebel, Caplogix and Single View · Is a subject matter expert providing internal second level support on all business process and delivery issues · Acts as a point of escalation for the end to end quote to cash process, using subject matter expertise, technical experience and own judgment, to resolve problems · Works collaboratively with other teams such as Sales, Customer Success, IT, Order Management, Data Management and Finance, to analyze root causes and identify the developments required to eliminate future business problems · Influences and advises others on how to improve business data quality and control · Provides expertise to support Business Operations improvement projects related to the Quote to Cash process and data quality management · This role receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Functional Knowledge · Has a good working knowledge of principles and methods within Business Operations and the overall 'Quote to Cash' process and supporting systems Business Expertise · Understands key business and customer drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work Leadership · No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Problem Solving · Solves general problems and analyses possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Impact · Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team and other related teams; works within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills · Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
