Become our new Retention Specialist

If you meet the requirements, be part of our team working remotely.


Requirements:

*Bilingual (English and Spanish).

*Manage a 90-100% English level spoken.

*Minimum Experience of one year in retentions, sales, or collections (inbound/outbound contact center environment).

*Self-motivated.


Equipment requirements:

  • Equipment (Desktop or laptop minimum RAM 8 GB, Windows 10
  • Have internet at home under ethernet connection
  • Min speed 20 MB download / 8 MB upload)
  • Maximum loaded latency 60 MS
  • Headset
  • Webcam
