UX Writer - Bogotá, Colombia - Epsilon

We are looking for an UX writer who will be responsible for inventorying, producing and managing content for our products. The content could be Microcopy, help content, tutorials, web-based information, etc. At the strategic level, you will create and implement content plans, as well as measure, track and seek to improve customer engagement with content.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain guidelines and style guides that include tone of voice.
• Understand the data and how to use it for content strategy
• Understand key product strategy metrics and link them to your content strategy.
• Ensure the highest standards of style and writing (eg, grammar, spelling, syntax, diction, punctuation, brand alignment).
• Create and maintain standards/guidance for localized translations.

• 3+ years professional writing experience. Written for a design system experience is a plus
• Native Spanish, Intermediate / Advanced English are necessary.
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience writing content for web/mobile products
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-­functional partners
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Portfolio of writing samples
• Basic Portuguese is a Plus
