The Law, Policy and Integrity team is looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst to join our team.

TelevisaUnivision is committed to embedding privacy by design into our products and building a worldclass privacy team to enable our business strategy.

In accordance with privacy laws and regulations internationally, TelevisaUnivision's Privacy Team is responsible for complying with each law including honoring individual requests and providing appropriate opt out mechanisms for the sale or sharing of personal data.

The role will report into the Law, Policy and Integrity team and will work closely with engineering teams across TelevisaUnivision.

YOUR DAY-TODAY:

Manage Privacy Operations platforms and tooling, such as OneTrust, that implement access, deletion, opt
out, and consent

Serve as liaison between Legal and Technical teams handling Privacy Operations, including translating legal requirements into technical classifications for data, processes, and tools Ensure timely handling of all individual requests, and approving/processing or rejecting each request in accordance with laws, deadlines, and internal processes Partner with business and technical owners to implement changes necessary to comply with privacy law, such as access, deletion, opt

out, and consent

Prepare weekly/monthly reports Partner with legal resources to understand various requirements and the global privacy landscape Research options for automating and/or streamlining compliance tasks Assist with other privacyrelated tasks, such as data inventory, discovery, or mapping

YOU HAVE:
Ability to be approved by relevant regulators (e.g., US) for handling of personal data, as necessary Appropriate degree or experience in business, law, or technology years of overall experience in project management or legal support Interest in privacy and consumer privacy rights Strong project management skills, including overseeing teams who rely on Agile, Scrum, BRAID, and other project planning methodologies Experience in managing digital platforms Experience with Privacy Operations platforms, such as OneTrust, TrustArc, ServiceNow, Ethyca, DataGrail, Osano, or Ketch General knowledge of compliance processes Fluent in English
