• Taking part in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) which includes user requirement analysis, designing and writing new software programs, testing and final deployment of the allocated projects
• Exercise mature judgment as to when to move fast and when to build for the future.
• Leading companywide technical discussions, and are able to collaborate and include inputs from crossfunctional teams (security, DevOps, data, compliance and product)
• Understanding buildvsbuy, and are able to identify and prioritize the highest ROI architectural investments
• Working individually and in a team to deliver projects as well as provide product support to others
• Working closely with other functional teams in different regions to ensure successful delivery of both customer and inhouse projects or solutions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 7+ years in handson development of full stack software solutions
• Handson experience working in AWS preferred or Azure with high transaction volumes or high availability requirements. AWS RDS, SNS, SQS and Cognito experience is a plus
• Technical expertise in various areas of software engineering and track record of successful complex, and enterprisescale project delivery
• Experience with microservices based software architecture, integrations, and use of APIs
• Flexibility in assignments and proactive outlook.
• Experience in developing End to End technical architectures and delivery of very largescale platforms
• Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with all stakeholders (management, business users, and technology resources)
• Experience working with distributed teams (onshore and offshore)
• Good understanding of OOP, MVC, microservice architecture concepts
• Proficiency with modern programming languages (Java, PHP, or Python)
• Good knowledge of Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS and XML
• Experience with version control (BitBucket, or GitHub)
• Conversant in database design (MySQL)
• Experience with container (Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with React Native
• Familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in YUI and CodeIgniter development
• Experience in LAMP Web developmen
