- Education: University degree in Social Sciences, Humanitarian Assistance, Social Work, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the Humanitarian/International Development industry.

- Computer technical skills: MS Office.

Scope of Work:
The "Regional Needs Assessment, Analyst & Writer" Consultant aims to support the IRC's regional team in LATAM in creating a cohesive report with a regional thread of Needs Analysis (NA) to inform the proposal that will be submitted to the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) in response to their annual Humanitarian Implementation Plan (HIP) for 2024 in six Latin American countries. This consultancy will analyze existing data from current IRC projects in these six countries, complementary mixed data surveys collected during October and November 2023, as well as other secondary and tertiary sources, which will be synthesized into a high-quality report to be presented to the donor as part of the ECHO HIP 2024 process.
The final NA Report will answer effectively and sufficiently, with the available data, the following NA questions:
