JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate individual to work as a
-
Medical Interpreter and provide an effective audio-remote interpreting service for consumers.
OVERVIEW
- **Job type**: Full-time

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Work Set-up: Permanent WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)

Provide effective audio remote interpreting service for consumers.
Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by Stratus Interpreting
Exhibit professional behavior at all times, including punctuality and preparedness for shifts, respectful and collaborative interaction with colleagues and supervisors, and timely and accurate record keeping.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technologies.
Complete video, audio and platform training and pass the internal readiness check before taking live calls.
Participate in ongoing quality assurance and call monitoring programs.

Requirements:

Provide effective audio remote interpreting service for consumers.
