As a MidLevel Manager for our Global Operations Team, you will be at the forefront of managing service levels and driving operational excellence.

You will lead a team responsible for supervising defects, analyzing data to identify root causes of issues, and spearheading initiatives to improve the overall user experience and increase order volume.

Additionally, you will serve as the project manager for our Business Product team, overseeing the development and implementation of new features aimed at enhancing user experience and driving incremental orders.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team responsible for supervising defects, including order cancellations, delays, and other operational challenges.
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement solutions to address operational challenges and improve service levels.
Serve as the project manager for the Business Product team, overseeing the development and implementation of new features aimed at enhancing user experience and driving incremental orders.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
Basic Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Mid to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and disciplined, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
