Job Description:
Telemarketing Analyst


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, engage in cold sales, and promote our products or services.
  • Use persuasive communication techniques to generate leads, close sales, and achieve customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers over the phone, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Work under pressure to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Utilize CRM systems or other software tools to manage customer data, track sales progress, and update relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate and detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and present appropriate solutions.

Requirements:


  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in telephone sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey product information effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets within specified deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, problemsolving, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or other sales software tools to manage customer information and sales activities.
  • Selfmotivated and driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn about new products or services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The salary for this position ranges from 2,500,000 to 2,800,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Sales incentives are offered in addition to the base salary, providing further earning potential based on individual sales performance.
