TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy NoticeWhat We'll Bring:
- Respond to escalated consumer complaints received by TransUnion executives and senior management. This role will also be responsible for researching and responding to consumer complaints received from Third party sources including the CFPB, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and various government agencies.
- Provide support in sort, classify and prep work for integration into workflow and image repository systems for consumer complaints. Assist in managing the process flows, ensuring CM SLA performances are met and the business operates within the established controls.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties and other special projects as required such as monthly statistical reports, but not limited to, compiling, preparing and analyzing reports to distribute on a regular and special adhoc basis by request to support internal management needs.
- Participation in the review and discussion of Third party complaint responses with management. Provide support and assistance in reporting and monitoring system problems, including, but not limited to, participation on any conference calls to resolve issues, system testing, documentation, etc.
- Assist management in answering questions, clarification of policies and procedures, and providing support to associates. Assist management in guaranteeing compliance to all existing company policies/procedures and all associated regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in managing consumer concerns and escalated matters, at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Respects and maintains confidentiality
- Must pass CDIA certification exam for FCRA
- Assists team members with complaint research, resolution
- Provide summary of complaint resolution to internal and external parties
- Performs telephone verifications as needed
- Collaborates with other internal/external parties as needed

- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting CRM/Audit Trail
- Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Familiarity with TransUnion and/or one of its subsidiaries
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance and limited supervision
- Backoffice experience nice to have
- Salesforce experience nice to have
