What success looks like in this role:

Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be nonstandard within defined practices and procedures.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Normally receives general detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Professional in administrative or related careers
2 or 3 years in Human Resources positions supporting different processes: recruitment, talent, wellness, selection, among others.
Advanced English
Intermediate Excel
Proactivity and analytical skills
Assertive communication
Attention to detail.
