    Job Purpose and Impact

    The LATAM Strategic Marketing Director is responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market share for the processed meats portfolio across Food LATAM markets.

    This role leads brand portfolio strategy strengthening brand value propositions accelerating growth through innovation for key brands Bucanero Campollo Kimby.

    • Develop implement category marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends consumer insights competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
