    Overview

    Are you ready to lead transformative change in a global organization? At Gallagher, we're looking for an HR Transformation Manager to join our Internal Consulting team. This role is your chance to shape the future of HR service delivery by designing and implementing a Global HR Shared Services Hub. You'll work alongside senior leaders and operational teams to create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

    How you'll make an impact
    • Lead the Design of a Global HR Shared Services Hub: Collaborate with senior leaders to establish a future-state HR Service Delivery Model, including service catalogs, tiered definitions, and organizational structures.
    • Standardize Core HR Processes: Reengineer and document HR workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
    • Develop HR Support Model Documentation: Create reference materials such as desktop procedures, FAQs, and job aids to support the new HR model.
    • Build Performance Scorecards: Design and implement metrics to measure the success of the HR Shared Services Hub.
    • Drive Process Improvement: Analyze current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the new HR support model.
    • Mentor and Guide Teams: Oversee consultants, provide mentorship, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
    • Leverage Advanced Technology: Support the deployment of advanced Tier 0 solutions, such as Agentic AI, to enhance HR service delivery.
    • Deliver Results: Actively measure, monitor, and report on project milestones, KPIs, and risks to ensure successful implementation.
    About you
    • An MBA and 6+ years of HR management consulting experience, including expertise in HR Contact Centers or Shared Services projects.
    • A proven track record in large-scale HR transformation initiatives, with skills in designing Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support functions.
    • Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating impactful presentations, models, and documentation.
    • Exceptional communication skills to explain complex issues clearly and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
