Requirements:


ABOUT THE ROLE

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Design Spanish language collateral for events, print, online campaigns, and website
• Manage events (webinars, virtual events, and inperson conferences) for LATAM audiences.
• Work closely with the Global Marketing Team (which may occasionally fall outside of traditional working hours) on website maintenance and Spanish language pages
• Translate marketing materials and make design edits as needed.
• Create rich content for social media channels targeting LATAM customers.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Work closely with the LATAM Sales Team on territoryspecific campaigns and promotions

Proposal Responsibilities:

• Ensure compelling and consistent descriptions of Avolution's solutions for public sector procurements in LATAM.
• Research and create concise, engaging proposal responses.
• Translate appropriate bid library responses to Spanish for LATAM RFIs/RFPs
• Consider prospective client specifications and respond fully to each proposal

ABOUT YOU

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
• Positive attitude and quick learner
• Knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
