This position will work closely with the onsite Production Supervisors and report directly to the Project Manager.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees are trained, assessed and compliant in accordance with site Training Needs Analysis and Training Management Plan.
- Ensuring all personnel have access to training and inductions when required to meet legal and site competency requirements.
- Ensure all training documentation is accurately completed and entered
- Manage assessment, reassessment and refresher training across site.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Trainer/ Assessor in a similar role
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or above
- Proven experience operating as an allrounder in an open cut environment including production digging and dozing
- The ability to mentor and train others with respect
- Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
- You must have working rights in Australia
