- Implement the use of appropriate tools depending on the type of project and its technology.
- Identify, analyze and document the defects of each digital product, whatever their origin, following the good practices of the area.
- Document defects through the software of projects tracking in use, - for example, Jira -, respecting the established methodology for such purposes.
- Execute testing procedures within the framework of the general planning of the project, adjusted to the scope and the defined delivery dates.
- Thoroughly review the documentation available for each production, in order to ensure full compliance of the requirements, their execution and minimization of risks.
- Develop a culture oriented to service and results, with emphasis on on-time and high-quality deliveries.
- Encourage true teamwork, inside and outside the area.
- Demonstrate a broad management of the internal client, the attention and solution of common problems, understanding that we are complementary areas of the same service.
- Promote and keep open and constant communication with the QA Specialist and QA Supervisor.
- Escalate to the QA Specialist and QA Supervisor any problem in the entry of information, which could prevent the environmental conditions for the performance of the QA task.
- Be open to the assignment of varied work within the QA area.
- Communicate clearly and effectively the status of the projects that are under QA control.
- Participate actively in project meetings where fundamental aspects for the execution of the QA task are defined.
- Attend retrospective meetings and be ready to share experiences and work collaboratively on different points of improvement, applicable in future productions.
- Proactively propose changes in work processes, with focus on productivity.
- Participate in different training courses, with the aim of acquiring cross-project/technology skills.
- Participate in the different DE&I actions proposed by the company.
- Preferably, some knowledge in project tracker tools (Ex., JIRA).
- Preferably, some knowledge in the use of repositories and version managers (Ex. SVN, GIT).
- Preferably, some knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Preferably, knowledge in testing methodologies.
- Advanced level of written and oral English .
- Ability to develop tasks under minimal supervision, with initiative and good judgment.
