YOU ARE:


  • Having a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4 or more years as a multichannel marketing campaign manager
  • Showing a proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable of MarTech stack Budget management
  • The utmost expert in off/online marketing channels to grab the attention of an audience, generate engagement, and prompt lead conversion
  • Possessing the exceptional project management and xfunctional leadership skill set to ensure the launch of highquality campaigns
  • Understanding the role and sequencing of content and channels to achieve awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Tracking performance and diving into campaign and channel insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes
  • Exposed to innovation and creativity to make marketing campaigns that attract customers and succeed over the competition
  • A champion of creating positive xfunctional collaborations, believing in the power of teamwork
  • Looking for a company where team members treat each other like family
  • Running successful B2B campaigns, driven by results and detailoriented
  • Researching and trying new marketing, digital and experiential tactics
  • Good at time management and organization so meeting strict deadlines is never an issue
  • A holder of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH:


  • Marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multichannel campaigns
  • Sales and Solutions teams to gather insight and information to inform the content strategy
  • Content creators, delivery teams, and CRM operations to ensure each campaign is forwardplanned and delivered on time
  • Building the function in line with our vision and incredible growth
  • Delivering highquality new logo and existing account leads, contributing to the design of integrated and omnichannel campaigns geared to move target audiences through the buyer's journey
  • Providing ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goals to leadership and stakeholders, as well as reviewing campaigns and analyzing how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements
  • Business Unit stakeholders to report on campaign progress, performance, and steering recommendations
  • Developing trust and deep relationships with marketing centers of excellence including digital, social, MDR, events, web, and content among others
  • Segmentation strategy, messaging architecture, and highlevel campaign scope and flow in line with BU gotomarket plans
  • Continuously conducting A/B testing across all channels and audiences segments QA all creatives before launching live campaigns to ensure they are to spec, adhere to our policies, and will work on the platform
  • Owning the daily management of the campaign across direct and programmatic channels
  • Participating in campaign Kickoff to understand the campaign objective and critical metrics ensuring a flawless and timely campaign execution
  • Measuring and tracking our marketing investment against key SQL and MQL KPIs

TOGETHER WE WILL:


  • Educate and enable MDRs/Inside Sales for success with inbound/outbound campaigns, share results of topfunnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
  • Create detailed campaign plans with blueprints including but not limited to content, digital, web, social, traditional media, events, partner integration, and sales/ executive engagements
  • Plan seamless integration of competitive campaigns and alliance partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall healthcare segment campaign plans
  • Enjoy working in a multicultural environment
