Responsibilities
- Manage invoices and contracts
- Documentation
- Get blogs onto Notion and maintain data cleanliness and organization
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Categorize and code transactions in Quickbooks Online
- Perform monthly reconciliations in Quickbooks Online
- Support executive management with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of related experience in the same or similar role
- Mandatory tools: Slack, Notion, Loom, PowerPoint, Basic Excel proficiency
- Must have accounting and Quickbooks experience
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and lowcode or nocode tools would be a reuired
- Familiarity with Stripe would be a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills, detailoriented, proactive and selfmotivated
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Experience:
- Quickbooks: 1 year (required)
- Robotic Process Automation and lowcode or nocode tools: 2 years (required)
