Descripción
Ensure documents are organized properly to support the operation in Colombia administratively speaking.

  • Support the Safety responsible to be compliant with occupational health and safety policy involving hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Support with health system affiliations, working closely with the HR responsible and controlling periodically documentation in coordination with crossfunctional teams for the onboardings.
  • Review and ensure documents are accurate to provide to government agencies (e.g., Control of Absenteeism, Medical Certificates, Clearances and Control of Vaccination Card) in coordination with the occupational health provider.
  • Provide monthly followup of pending medical examinations, organize annual campaign of medical examinations, schedule hiring examination, dismissal, return to work and change of function.
  • Maintain and track calendar of LATAM wellness and food events and programs.
  • Support facilities duties and office management ; verification of working conditions and any other office maintenance.
  • Assist in purchases and negotiations of local needs, following the purchasing policy.
  • Conducting small negotiations in search of the best prices and payment terms.
  • Support as needed in the development of purchase orders in conjunction with the required areas.
  • Being the focal point for procurement and facility demand in Colombia.
  • MDM Administration for customers: Customer, ship to and Bam creation, maintenance and interaction with other system.
  • Petty cash use and supporting documentation management.

Required Skills:


  • Strict attention to detail, demonstrated problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways, and ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak English
  • Intermediate level.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Very good computer skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ability to operate general office machinery.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion, accountability is mandatory.
  • Contacts are across the organization and at all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levels (e.g. external vendors).
