The agent should be familiar with call center software and be able to navigate different systems with ease. We are looking for individuals who are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

hours a week

- Hourly plus commission

- Paid weekly

- Paid training

Must have:

• Up to date Laptop/ Computer
• Good internet
• Headset

- **Intermediate

• Advanced english level**
  Responsibilities
• Memorize call center pitch and rebuttals
• Learn knowledge of solar to overcome customer objections
• Schedule customer appointments
• Meet appointment/demonstration goals of minimum 1 per hour worked

Hiring people to join the team:
Sunday-Saturday: 8:30 am-3pm - Remotely (Orlando, FL)

• Monday - Thursday: 2pm-8pm - Remotely (Orlando, Fl)

Relevant skills:

• Excellent english communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Problemsolving skills
• Familiarity with call center software

Pay:
$15,000 - $27,000 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
