What will a typical day be like?
- _ Work in partnership with the Architecture team to approve, define, and refine IT solutions for LatAm, always aligned with Aon Global IT standards and the Global/LatAm IT strategy._
- _ Analyze solution definitions and solutions feasibility in order to support business teams and IT teams. _
- _Define solutions using existing platforms, integrating Aon standard platforms, aligned with Aon Global IT standards and the Global/LatAm IT strategy._
- _ To lead/guide strategic projects by defining/implementing solutions and managing ad-hoc teams. (E.g. DevOps, Talend, QA Automation, DASP (Reg. Data Lake), among others.)_
- _ Provide technical guidance to AD local teams if required._

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Experience: 3 years_

Technical Knowledge:
Frameworks:_

- _ Java /.Net / PHP_
- _

Web Containers:
Apache Tomcat / IIS / WildFly_
- _ Database: SQL / Oracle_
- _ Web Services technology_
- _ Integration tools (Eg. Talend or others)_
- _ DevOps / Bitbucket_
- _ SDLC Methodologies (Agile/Kanban/Scrum/Waterfall/among others)._
- _ Studies and/or specialties: Systems Engineer_
- _ Languages: Spoken/

Written Languages:
Spanish (Desirable) / English (required) / Portuguese (Desirable)_
