Mantener el nível de satisfacción del cliente en el área de Facility Management y dar soporte a los programas para incrementar la satisfacción.

Dar soporte al Management de JLL y su equipo de operaciones.


Alcanzar Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitorear el nível de respuesta (SLAs) de todos los servicios y proveedores mensualmente con el fin de identificar potenciales desafíos y planes correctivos.

Asistir en el despacho de órdenes de servicio al equipo técnico, proveedores, etc. utilizando el software que soporte la operación.

Inspección de las locaciones asignadas y sus bienes reportando proactivamente a su manager las deficiencias o áreas de mejora.

Proveer asistencia respecto a facilities al PM team cuando sea necesario.

Colaborar en la coordinación de eventos dando soporte al cliente o JLL

Dar soporte en normas de Higiene ocupacional y salud ambiental, manteniendo métricas en la plataforma AIMS.


Asistir al Management con reportes de budget, conciliación de facturas, creación de órdenes de compra, reciclado, procurando todos los implementos necesarios para un desarrollo exitoso de la operación.


Requisitos:


  • 1 año de experiência en gestión de instalaciones a gran nível
Estudios en Ingeniero mecánico, Ingeniero civil, Arquitecto o Ingeniero Eléctrico (deseable)

Experiência en manejo de presupuesto

Conocimiento en Seguridad e Higiene
