Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems, the development of Human Resources related reports, and the improvement of HR-related processes.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our Corporate Office
You will be the go-to person and first line of support to resolve any problems that arises regarding Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues and facilitate the
- Ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented
- Serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
- Other HR specific tasks as needed
- Regularly conduct analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities for improving data quality, including supporting audits, regulatory reporting and compliance
- Assisting in development of procedures, guidelines and documentation for all HRIS system policies and protocols
- Support the HR Team with daytoday HR questions, needs, and inquiries,
- Stay up to date on HR laws and practices where we have employees (payroll, benefits, compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.)
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Support Employees
- Answer employee questions and comments with high customer service, and support the everyday needs of employees and managers
- Track employee comments and complaints so the People team can implement broad solutions to minimize the same issues in the future
- Support the creation of policies, processes, and procedures
- Support new employees by coordinating with managers to ensure new hires are informed and prepared for their first day and week

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 12 years of human resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with an HRIS platform
