Job Description:
We are seeking a highly sociable, motivated, and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Cebu-based HR team. This role is a full-time, 100% office-based position with no remote work option.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Resolve employee concerns and provide necessary employee support.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Implement and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Collaborate with management to articulate the company's HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.

Pay:
$2,500,000 - $5,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bogotá, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
