Responsibilities:


  • Develop Regional partnership with Workplaces & Recreational Retail Customers.
  • Implement Global Strategies and Tactical plans for the Customers.
  • Co Work with Global, Regional and Bu's Customer Annual Plan
  • Together with PEP BUs and Bottlers implement global account management processes including Customer JBP, Top 2 Tops and Business Reviews,
  • Track sales targets, executional key performances & contract compliance.
  • Transfer Customer / Channel expertise
  • Together with AFH Consumer Experience Manager and BU Marketing Teams align the Marketing & Calendar and ensure implementation and adherence to initiatives.
  • Together with BU's and Bottlers ensure agreement renewals based on contract expirations and pursue new business opportunities (Foods & Beverages)
  • Together with BUs implement new negotiations.
  • Ability to lead cross functionally with sales planning, category management, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.

Qualifications:
years of Customer Management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong background on Managing Direct distribution, third party Bottlers & distributors
  • Background in Managing Global Customers; ie: Wal-Mart, 7 Eleven, QSR Players etc.
  • Negotiation skills
  • English level
