- Generate a preliminary review to understand community philanthropy practices in the country context and identify opportunities.
- Review and adjust the sustainability and relationship strategy.
Lead, together with the Board of Directors, the definition and implementation of the resource mobilization strategy. - Accompany communications processes and activities related to resource mobilization.
- Participate in the construction of the organization's policies, processes, tools and procedures related to sustainability and resource mobilization.
- Accompany and support the partner in meetings, events and other opportunities to connect with potential social investment partners.
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in subjects related to the objectives of the position: fundraising, community development, social sciences, management, organizational and social development, sustainability and resource mobilization.
- Experience and knowledge in the design and implementation of sustainability strategies.
- Experience in resource mobilization.
- Experience and knowledge in philanthropic or social organizations
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Experience working in local resource mobilization.

Cuso International will deliver the Sharing Canadian Expertise for Inclusive Development and Gender Equality (SHARE) project, with a contribution from Global Affairs Canada (GAC) over seven years SHARE aims to improve the economic and/or social well-being of the poorest, most marginalized and vulnerable people, particularly women and girls, in developing countries, to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.
