We are the world's largest urban axe throwing company that offers fun experiences to large groups. We are seeking an upbeat, organized and detail oriented Project Manager to join our Corporate team

The Project Manager is responsible for various projects running smoothly, efficiently, and stay on track. If you are organized, have project management experience, are hard-working, and can crack a good joke, this is the role for you

As Project Manager, a typical day might include the following:

• Facilitating internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner
• Tracking and coordinating various sets of data
• Problem solving and creative thinking
• Working with Operations Management to complete projects
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations
• Working in a professional manner with affiliated businesses as needed
• Proposals to get solutions and budgets approved
• Liaison between company and outside vendors

This job might be for you if you are:

• Someone with a post-secondary level education and a minimum of one year administrative experience;
• Computer literate at the intermediate to advanced level, with proficiency in the following softwares: Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive etc.
• Completely fluent in English; accent neutral
• Very familiar with North American culture and norms
• An individual with initiative and the ability to demonstrate a flexible approach in responding to needs as they arise;
• Able to exercise discretion and tact with sensitive and confidential situations;
• Able to manage multiple priorities and high attention to detail;
• A team player and "people person" with exceptional customer service orientation as well as the ability to work independently, as required;
• Someone with superior organizational skills, attention to detail and followthrough; and
• An individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preference given to those with Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Basecamp or similar Project Management Software


Salary:
$8,190,000 - $8,220,000 per month
