Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Care Coordinator located in Barranquilla. The Care Coordinator will collaborate with clients, manage individual cases, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders. Key responsibilities include care coordination, providing home care support, and maintaining high standards of customer service through effective communication and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Care Coordination and Case Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in home care and understanding of related processes
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
