Role Description


Maintain a positive customer experience by providing client support during the subscription renovation process, managing invoices, and monitoring receipt of invoices and payments.


Responsibilities:

1) Perform customer billing for renewals, special sales, or upgrades according to policies and guidelines.

2) Execute commercial contracts while considering the service and project to be contracted and adhering to legal and company guidelines.

3) Manage payment monitoring and collection management according to company policies and procedures.

4) Maintain the best customer experience during the processes you manage.


Requirements:


  • Desirable professional in Business Administration, industrial ingeneering or related careers.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in billing and/or administrative support in customer billing.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service and handling contractual requests.
  • Business English level B2 (with excellent writing skills).
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of office tools (excel) and sheets
