You'll play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that integrate seamlessly with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. We're not just building software; we're shaping the future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiarize yourself with the software development life cycle (SDLC), from analysis to deployment.
2. Maintain coding standards and technical design principles.
3. Adopt a systematic approach to system development through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, etc.) of functionality, ensuring every use case is addressed with creative solutions.
4. Implement structured coding styles for ease of review, testing, and maintainability of code.
5. Integrate developed functionality and/or components into a fully functional system.
6. Establish unit and integration level verification plans, adhering to high-quality code standards at all times.
7. Collaborate in troubleshooting, debugging, and updating live systems.
8. Ensure user feedback is incorporated to enhance system stability and usability.
9. Work closely with analysts, designers, and peer developers.
10. Create technical training documents for new engineer onboarding.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; we value skills over educational background.
2. Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
3. At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
4. 3+ years of experience in developing .NET/C# web applications using Microsoft Development Products.
5. Design, build, and define varied components of web-based and/or mobile applications.
6. Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) for Windows desktop applications is beneficial.
7. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, JQuery, D3) is advantageous.
8. Experience with SQL Server and no-SQL databases (Apache Cassandra or similar).
9. Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and algorithm development expertise.
10. Familiarity with software architecture and design patterns.
11. Cross-functional knowledge of application stack including UI, middle tier, and database systems.
12. Understanding of deploying applications on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
13. Nice to have working knowledge of Scrum methodology.
14. Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
15. Leadership experience in production-level software development projects is desirable.
