About the Location:

About the Role:

The Steward ensures the proper use and maintenance of equipment, maintains inventory of dishes and utensils, and handles waste. They guarantee kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify job roles align with staff capabilities and skills.

- Ensure storage area orderliness and cleanliness.

- Open and close service shifts, verifying attendance, punctuality, and task completion.

- Review cleanliness of all areas, refrigerators, and chambers.

- Maintain 100% compliance with hygiene and cleaning programs.

- Keep kitchens, storage, corridors, and areas clean and organized.

- Analyze and control expenses without exceeding budgeted amounts.

- Ensure food and beverage operational equipment availability through monthly inventory and replenishing shortages.

Requirements:

- Professional degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.

- Minimum 3 years experience leading medium-sized teams (10-20) in kitchen cleaning with high staff turnover.
