Our work depends on Information Systems Manager joining our team to oversee staff working in United States Managed Facilities in Bogota, Colombia.

This role provides oversight and management support of assigned staff and activities for information technology, information systems, and functional support roles and tasks in coordination with headquarters based leads.

HOW AN INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible to support the employment, training, motivation and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Participates in information technology project planning and site specific tasks.
• Oversees and supports management of a medium to large teams across multiple disciplines. Medium to High Complexity.
• Manages information systems professionals directly or through subordinate managers/supervisors.
• Manages the development of policies and procedures and ensures their conformance with the departments goals and company/customer objectives.
• Manages the development and administration of schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
• Keeps wellinformed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends and then plans and advises for implementation.
• Oversees ordering process to effectively and economically meet objectives.
• Supports management of vendor relationships and billing reconciliations.
• Provides guidance and solutions to ensure the information systems needs align with the strategic departmental initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple employees
• 3+ years Information Technology experience
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access
• Possess certifications as required in DoD 8570 IAT-II (e.g., Security+ CE)
• Skilled in verbal and written communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution
• Location: Bogota, Colombia
• US Citizenship Required
