We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) is fundamental on that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

We're looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation.

Your 'day to day':


Guarantee fundamentals in the territory and visit relevant customers and build strong commercial relationships to guarantee volume, portfolio depth, coverage (CC and Heets where applicable), fundamentals, activation, and interaction in DTE.


  • Educate customers to ensure brand, portfolio and trade programs knowledge.
  • Guarantee and supervise the accurate implementation of commercial cycles (availability, visibility, price, education, trade/consumer initiatives, etc.)
  • Update/install visibility materials when vital. Negotiate PPOSM and Fees at POS where applicable according to available inventory.
  • Supervise client database, making use of available and updated data, to establish priorities and action plans along with others. Based on this information, propose, and implement innovative plans that lead to the growth of the business in their territory (Empowerment).
  • Collect and report all relevant public information on the channel, the competition, and consumers, regarding pricing, sales strategies, and trends.
  • Coordinate and implement Consumer Activities that lead to business building in their territory. Use efficiently the consumer marketing resources (ToEs and events).

Who we're looking for:

  • University Degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related careers.
  • Experience in fastmoving consumer goods and retail companies,
  • It's a must have sales experience, in key accounts, as well as experience in implementing visibility plans at the point of sale.
  • Validated communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office.
  • Advanced English level is preferred.
  • Driver's License
