Our client is a well-established fashion company based in NY with decades of experience in the industry. They have earned a strong reputation for creating empowering and inspiring fashion that resonates with customers.


Requirement

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Proficient in Sales Order (SO) entry and update, including bulk orders when applicable.
  • Capable of monitoring inventory and inbound freight to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
  • Able to monitor, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in inventory.
  • Responsible for allocating all orders to the warehouses.
  • Provide SO status updates as requested by the concerned parties.
  • Update the sales team with any issues related to the orders.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple internal departments to follow up and provide updates.
  • Great computer skills and adeptness.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and extremely organized.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.

Extras

  • Previous experience with the Simparel or BlueCherry ERP system is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Opportunity

  • This job is fulltime, and the contract and payment will be made in the local currency.
