Schedule Appointments:

Work with the Account Representative to accommodate customer's deadlines, schedule appointments for carriers to arrive at shipper or receiver location, and reschedule when necessary.

Understand the needs of planning for loading shippings to avoid misleadings.
Verify load details in TMS and set delivery appointments, matching shipments to appropriate information and paperwork.
Provide information in response to client's inquiries.
Ensures communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstanding among parties (follow up).

( Wednesday to Saturday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm)
