Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead our development team and

ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices. As a Scrum Master, you will be

responsible for facilitating the Agile mindset, Scrum process, removing impediments,

and fostering continuous improvement within the team. You will work closely with

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead our development team and ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile mindset, Scrum process, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement within the team. You will work closely with Product Owners and Stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and meet the project expectations.

Requirements

Education

• · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (optional)
  
• · Demonstrable advanced knowledge in systems engineering or related areas.
  
• · Scrum Master certifications or qualification, or equivalent work experience.
  

Professional Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a software development environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• · Guide and support the team in adopting Agile practices, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
  
• · Promote self-organization and team autonomy, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.
  
• · Identify, address, and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's performance.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners to help prioritize and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for the development team.
  
• · Encourage continuous improvement within the team by facilitating effective retrospectives and helping to implement improvement actions.
  
• · Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  
• · Participate in the definition and implementation of Agile processes at the organizational level.
  
• · Create and maintain a team culture that facilitates a shared responsibility for successful delivery.
  
• · Guide team on principles and practice of the agile framework being used in the project.
  
• · Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
  

Requirements:

• Excellent organization and planning skills.
  
• Experience applying scrum, a wider awareness of agile principles, and a data driven mindset.
  
• Highly developed skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum in small, large and distributed teams.
  
• Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework and other Agile practices such as Kanban, Scrumban, XP, etc.
  
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc.
  

Preferred:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
  
• Experience in Agile coaching and organizational transformation.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
