What:

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Bridge Circle. 5 years experience in software development, experience with frontend frameworks (eg. React, Vue, Angular), good knowledge of CSS and experience with REST API interfaces. You goal will be to improve the way people interact with money through code.

How:

Be an owner:

Develop and maintain key building blocks of the future of financial services
Be the owner of the development of the massive dispersion frontend, being part of the bridge team
Create metrics dashboards to track our business success
Be the owner of the development of the Single Cash in PWA (Progressive web app)
Develop and manage Self Onboarding tools to enable
Build and develop a design system from scratch

Be a solver:

Learn and improve knowledge on software implementation of financial industry standards and best practices
Join design sprints to work on feature planning, designs and prototypes
Work with Level 2 support engineers in resolving issues

Write it down:

Write code for features in the bridge team
Write software tests for developed components and provide highquality code
Share knowledge and best practices with the team and our community through documents, videos and coaching sessions where required

Required skills:

- +5 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer, with any modern tech stack, React experience is required
- +4 years of experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced cultures in Colombia due to the main focus in transfiya

Bachelors degree in cumputer science or similar. Masters Degree or equivalent are a nice to have.
